Aurora Borealis
Two decades ago, Lisa became a mother. It was a cosmic event, not marked by flashing lights in the sky — but definitely a convergence of something dreamlike and something celestial. Last year, her oldest son’s birthday week was kicked off by the Aurora Borealis, which in her mom goggles, seems only too fitting. Did you see the lights in the sky? If you did, did it change you? If you didn’t, how is the universe speaking to you?
One more thing– In case you hadn’t heard, we are currently running a Kickstarter campaign to print LOVE LETTERS, EVERY DAY. It’s a graphic memoir in comicstrips that pulls together the best Background Noise Comics from our first year of publishing them on social media, along with essays and never before seen material.
We are over 80% funded as of this posting, but we will only succeed if we reach 100%. If you enjoy our comics, help us get to the finish line by follow this link and securing your copy (paperback or PDF) and exclusive rewards.
